If you are hosting your party at home, or at a venue without a bar we will be pleased to provide a bar service, arrange for the hire of glasses and provide ice and cooling bins.
A senior wine waiter will be appointed to oversee the preparation & serving of drinks.
Suggested quantities for 100 wedding guests:-
For 100 guests provide 32 bottles of sparkling wine or champagne for drinks with canapés.
For 100 guests provide 50 bottles of wine for the tables, split between red & white.
For 100 guests provide 20 bottles of toast sparkling wine or champagne.
Drinks - Approximate Servings Wine per 70cl bottle 5 standard glasses.
Champagne per 75cl bottle 5/6 standard flutes.
Sherry/Port 12-14 servings per standard bottle.
Pimms For 100 guests allow 6 Bottles of Pimms + 16L of lemonade.
Non-alcoholic fruit punch and plenty of water & soft drinks.
We do not charge corkage.
We will be very happy to put together a suggested drinks package for you appropriate to the event and number of guests.
