Additional information for clients planning a party/wedding in a marquee.

If you are planning an event in a marquee, we will be pleased to liase with your chosen contractor, and take care of all the detail concerning kitchen equipment, refrigeration etc.
No kitchen? No problem! Mobile kitchens can be brought straight on to site, fully equipped with ovens, refrigeration, and everything that's necessary to ensure food is freshly prepared & cooked.

Pre- Event Services:
Site visits with you and your chosen contractor.
Arranging the hire of furniture, tables, chairs, bar facilities, if required.
Assessment of kitchen needs, with special attention being given to Food Safety & Hygiene.
Co-ordinating delivery & collection of all hired items.
Advice on the hire of cloakroom facilities, if required.
Planning meetings as necessary.
We are available 7 days a week at any reasonable time.

After the party…………… we will be pleased to arrange for a 'clean up crew'

What happens next?

Our first meeting - it's an opportunity for us to meet to discuss your ideas about your wedding day, and how you would like to entertain your family & friends.
Following our first meeting a 'Running Order' will be produced which will contain all the points we discussed, the menu suggestions, and any points we may need to discuss at a later date.
Also included will be an estimate of the costs, including the cost of any items that may need to be hired.
