The cost of staff is included in the "per person" price.

The number of staff will depend on the style of the event,and the number of guests.

Chefs and Servers are selected from an experienced team that work regularly together.

For larger events a 'front of house' manager will be appointed to ensure the smooth running of your party.

If you have asked us to serve drinks a senior wine waiter will be appointed to oversee the preparation & serving of drinks.

We do not charge corkage.

Extra staff can be engaged for additional duties, such as bar service, supervision of children etc.

All 'table top' items are included -
salt & pepper, butter dishes, breadbaskets, platters, serving dishes, serving spoons etc.
